Our Mission

Our tag line is "…helping Maintenance improve". That's what we do. The topic list on the left shows the specific areas where we have experience doing just that. EAMs (Enterprise Asset Management systems) and CMMSs (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) are our specialty. Our audience is the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Engineer; plus the Operations and Production Managers.

Our approach is to help you to recognise what needs to be done to set and to meet your maintenance objectives, and together with you, walk the path towards achieving them.

We know that "doing it to you" won't work - you've probably already tried that. That way you finish up with a big bill, and little in the way of lasting results. We believe that if you do it while we guide you through, then the ideas will stick and the values will last long after we are gone.

Our ideas are scattered through this website in a series of webpapers; feel free to use them, copy them, quote them (with attribution please!!) - but above all comment on them and send us your reactions.
